ALL-IN Sports Club Pub Crawl & Social Event Terms & Conditions / Liability Waiver

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or participating in any pub crawl or social event (“Event”) organized by ALL-IN Sports Club, LLC (“Organizer”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Liability Waiver in full. Participation is conditioned on acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility

All participants must be 21 years of age or older and present valid government-issued identification at check-in and at all participating venues. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for failure to provide ID, intoxication, or any disruptive or unsafe behavior.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in an event involving alcohol, walking between venues, crowd interaction, and potential hazards such as slips, trips, falls, traffic, or adverse weather.
You acknowledge that alcohol consumption is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to drink responsibly and assume full responsibility for your own actions and decisions throughout the Event.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, you fully release, discharge, and hold harmless ALL-IN Sports Club, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, participating venues, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising from or related to participation in any Event, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death;

  • Loss or damage to property;

  • Negligence (ordinary or gross);

  • Acts or omissions of third parties, including venues or other participants.

This waiver applies to any occurrence before, during, or after the Event.

5. Alcohol Consumption & Personal Conduct

You agree to:

  • Drink responsibly and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.

  • Never operate a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol.

  • Arrange your own safe transportation to and from the Event (e.g., rideshare, taxi, designated driver).

  • Respect all participating venues, staff, and other participants.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct, intoxication, harassment, destruction of property, or any unsafe or disruptive behavior.

6. Medical Fitness & Authorization

You certify that you are physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. In case of emergency, you authorize the Organizer and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for you at your expense.

7. Photography & Media Release

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, or promotional materials in perpetuity, without compensation, approval, or further consent.

8. Personal Property

You are solely responsible for your personal items. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, including but not limited to phones, wallets, or personal effects at any venue or in transit between venues.

9. No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases and registrations are final and non-refundable.

  • There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, dissatisfaction, weather, or venue substitution.

  • A refund will only be issued if the Organizer fully cancels the Event in its entirety. In such case, refunds will be made solely at the Organizer’s discretion to the original method of payment.

10. Event Changes & Cancellations

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or adjust the Event schedule, venues, routes, or timing due to weather, safety, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALL-IN Sports Club, LLC and all related parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or attorney’s fees arising out of or connected with your participation, conduct, or violation of these Terms.

12. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Binding Effect

By purchasing a ticket, registering online, or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read and voluntarily agree to this complete and binding waiver. You understand that you are giving up substantial legal rights and accept full responsibility for your participation.
