Terms and Conditions & Waiver of Liability

Effective Date: August 18, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in leagues, tournaments, and events operated by All-In Sports Club, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering or participating, you agree to these Terms, including the Waiver of Liability and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated.

  • By registering, you warrant that you meet eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Registration & Payments

  • Registration is not complete until payment has been processed in full.

  • Service and processing fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to deny or cancel participation for misconduct or non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Refund Policy

  • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • Refunds may be considered only if:

    1. An event or season is canceled before it begins, or

    2. A participant is unable to play due to a documented medical condition.

  • Partial refunds are not available once a league or event has started.

  • If games are canceled due to weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control, we may attempt to reschedule but are not obligated to issue refunds.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

a. Acknowledgement of Risks — Participation involves risks, including but not limited to injuries, collisions, falls, equipment failure, illness (including communicable diseases), or death.

b. Assumption of Risk — By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

c. Waiver & Release — To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge All-In Sports Club, LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venue operators, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising out of participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

d. Indemnification — You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) related to your participation or conduct.

e. Medical Treatment Authorization — In the event of injury, you authorize the Company to secure emergency medical treatment on your behalf.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Play safely, responsibly, and with good sportsmanship.

  • Respect referees, teammates, opponents, and facilities.

  • Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

  • Abstain from participation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

6. Venue Rules

Participants must follow all venue and facility rules. The Company is not liable for removal or penalties imposed by venue staff.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used per our [Privacy Policy]. By registering, you consent to such practices.

9. Media Release

By participating, you grant the Company permission to use photos, videos, and other media from events for promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and content are property of the Company and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service at issue.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of Florida.

  • Disputes shall first attempt informal resolution.

  • If unresolved, disputes must be submitted to binding arbitration in Escambia County, Florida under AAA rules.

  • You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement remains in effect.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updated versions will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and All-In Sports Club, LLC.
