Good People Award

Good People Deserve to Be Rewarded.

Too often good people do not get recognized for simply doing the right thing, and at ALL IN Sports Club we want to change that. Every kickball team has an equal opportunity to be recognized for demonstrating the characteristics of good people. At the end of the season one standout team will be awarded a complimentary team registration for the following season.

Good People Award Characteristics

Good Sportsmanship:

• Respect your opponents, the umpires, and the game itself. Win or lose, keep the spirit of fairness alive.

Team Spirit:

• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to your team. Celebrate together, encourage one another, and keep morale high.

Buddy Boosting:

• Uplift not just your own teammates but also your opponents. A simple “nice catch!” or “great play!” builds community and makes the game more fun for everyone.

Integrity:

• Correct a missed call by an umpire, even when the call goes against your own team.

• Do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.

• Play honestly, honor the rules, and set an example for others.
