TERMS, CONDITIONS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

By registering for and/or participating in the Home Sweet Home event at Blue Wahoos Stadium on May, 16 2026, I agree as follows:

1. IDENTIFICATION OF RELEASED PARTIES

For purposes of this Agreement, the “Released Parties” include:

• ALL-IN Sports Club
• Hristo Hantsoulis, individually
• Emerald Coast Carpentry
• All event organizers, volunteers, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives
• Sponsors and promotional partners
• The Pensacola Blue Wahoos organization
• Blue Wahoos Stadium ownership and operators
• Any affiliated parent, subsidiary, or related entities

2. SPECIFIC ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

I understand that the Event involves baseball, T-ball, kickball, running, throwing, batting, catching, and related athletic activities conducted on a professional stadium field and surrounding areas.

I specifically acknowledge risks including, but not limited to:

• Being struck by bats, balls, or thrown objects
• Participant-to-participant collisions (including adult/minor interaction)
• Falls on turf, grass, warning tracks, dugouts, stairs, or stadium surfaces
• Improper use of equipment
• Negligent supervision by participants or guardians
• Heat exhaustion, dehydration, sun exposure
• Equipment failure
• Crowd-related hazards
• Actions of third parties
• NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES

I acknowledge these risks may result in:

• Minor injury
• Serious bodily injury
• Permanent disability
• Death

I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks.

3. EXPRESS RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MY PARTICIPATION OR THE PARTICIPATION OF ANY MINOR UNDER MY REGISTRATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.

This release includes claims for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Emotional distress
• Medical expenses
• Loss of consortium
• Wrongful death

I understand that I am releasing claims that I may not yet know about.

4. MINOR PARTICIPATION – PARENTAL CONSENT AND INDEMNITY

If registering a minor:

I represent that I am the minor’s legal parent or court-appointed guardian.

I consent to the minor’s participation in activities involving interaction with adult participants.

I understand that adult and minor participants may be on the field simultaneously.

I assume full responsibility for supervising the minor at all times.

I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR, INCLUDING CLAIMS ALLEGING NEGLIGENCE.

I further agree to indemnify the Released Parties for any injury or property damage caused by the minor.

5. INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and attorney’s fees arising from:

• My conduct
• The conduct of any minor under my supervision
• Damage to stadium property
• Injury to other participants

6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

I authorize emergency medical treatment for myself and/or any minor under my supervision.

I agree to be solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

The Released Parties assume no responsibility for medical costs.

7. FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

I certify that I (and any minor under my supervision) am physically fit to participate.

I understand no medical evaluation has been conducted by the organizers.

8. REMOVAL FOR SAFETY

The Released Parties reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe behavior.

9. MEDIA RELEASE

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant(s) registered under my name or supervision, grant ALL-IN Sports Club and its event partners the irrevocable and unrestricted right to photograph, video record, and/or audio record myself and the minor participant(s) during the Event.

I understand and agree that these images, recordings, and likenesses may be used for lawful promotional, marketing, advertising, and archival purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, digital advertisements, and future event promotions, without compensation.

I represent and warrant that I have the legal authority to grant this permission on behalf of myself and the minor participant(s) registered under my name. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials and release the Released Parties from any claims arising out of the use of these materials.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

11. VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by Florida law.

Venue for any dispute shall be Escambia County, Florida.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

I acknowledge:

• I have read this Agreement carefully.
• I understand that I am releasing legal rights.
• I understand this includes claims for NEGLIGENCE.
• I sign voluntarily.
