Pensacola beach and local track locations

Sprint Club is an eight week group training program that’s equal parts fun and challenging, designed to improve your speed, agility, mobility, and overall athletic performance. Each session focuses on sprint mechanics, plyometrics, functional fitness, and movement training to help you move better, react quicker, and feel stronger both on and off the field. Training sessions will take place at various track locations around Pensacola and mostly on Pensacola Beach, so expect a different atmosphere and a new challenge each week. We’ll also have a professional certified trainer on site each session to help athletes of all skill levels push themselves safely and effectively. Participants who purchase the full eight week package will also receive a pair of ALL-IN Sports Club athletic shorts.

Depending on registration numbers, we may split participants into two separate sessions with start times at 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Our very first session will be 8:00am under the Pensacola Pier on the beach June 13th

After every session, the group will head over to Bear Fruit Bowls & Coffee at the Pensacola Beach Pier for discounted açaí bowls and coffee.
